Autogenous bone grafting and third-molar removal are surgical procedures routinely performed in dentistry on a daily basis. The purpose of this preliminary report is to describe our clinical experience with the Er, Cr:YSGG laser in the procurement of bone harvested from the ramus and removal of third molars simultaneously from the mandible.Abstract
