Divergent implants in the maxilla can make restoration with removable prosthetics difficult when the implants will not be splinted with a superstructure. Attachments to be used with individual implants require that the implants be within 10° of divergence. This article will address a new angled male designed to fit the locator attachment (female component) that can accommodate up to a 40° divergence.Abstract
